Our client, an innovative entertainment and media company, has an immediate need for an Assistant to support a VP in their Business Development division. This division focuses on mobile app development, new technology and pop culture, so knowledge and interest in these areas is required.
Provide high-level administrative support to a busy VP
Rolling calls, heavy scheduling and call lists
Prepare expense reports
Assist with creating decks
Research trends in mobile technology, and assist with designing mobile apps
1 to 2 years as an Assistant to an Executive or equivalent (internship experience qualifies)
Experience with rolling calls, scheduling, expense reports, travel coordination and email correspondence
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience or education related to developing mobile apps
Interest in mobile app development, technology, social media and pop culture
Ability to work in a fast-paced, corporate environment
