Our client, a global entertainment agency, is looking for an Assistant to support their Corporate Communications team! In this role, you will use your creative software and administrative skills to provide departmental support on a variety of projects, and administrative support to department executives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with a leader in the entertainment industry!
Bachelor’s degree [degrees in Public Relations or Communications a plus!]
1 to 2 years of experience providing administrative support within entertainment, including rolling calls, scheduling, and travel coordination [internships ok!]
Experience writing press releases and proofreading documents
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office required, Adobe InDesign experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
