Our client, a global leader in talent management, is looking for a Payroll Timekeeper with Workday software experience to support their HRIS team. In this role, you will be responsible for the calculation and data entry of timesheets, payroll log entries, maintaining accuracy of all edits, and ensuring compliance with contracts and pay policies. Additional responsibilities include running reports/audits to ensure accurate time entries, and providing excellent customer service to managers and employees with time, attendance and payroll questions.
1 to 3 years of payroll timekeeping experience
Proficiency with Workday software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to identify, address and resolve data discrepancies
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with managers and employees
