Our client, a leading commercial talent agency, has an immediate need for a Department Coordinator. In this hybrid role, you will be handling contracts / deals, coordinating talent for auditions / shoots and responsible for office management duties.
3 to 5 years of experience working with contracts (no drafting, but responsible for coordinating their successful execution)
Experience working directly with talent, talent management and production scheduling
Office management experience, and an advanced administrative skill set
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
