Department Coordinator

Our client, a leading commercial talent agency, has an immediate need for a Department Coordinator. In this hybrid role, you will be handling contracts / deals, coordinating talent for auditions / shoots and responsible for office management duties.


  • B.A. Degree

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with contracts (no drafting, but responsible for coordinating their successful execution)

  • Experience working directly with talent, talent management and production scheduling

  • Office management experience, and an advanced administrative skill set

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
