Recruiting Assistant


Our client, a global entertainment agency, has an immediate need for a Recruiting Assistant to support their dynamic Talent Acquisition team in West Los Angeles. In this role you will provide the recruiters with administrative support and be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, travel coordination, processing expense reports and maintaining the applicant tracking system. In addition, you will be assisting with candidate phone screens/ interviews, conducting reference/background checks, and creating / posting job descriptions.


  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing administrative support in a human resources department or a staffing agency

  • Experience rolling calls, scheduling, and travel coordination

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (WorkDay experience preferable)

  • Long-term interest in HR and recruiting

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Concur

  • Experience dealing with high levels of confidentiality

  • Exceptional level of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced, corporate, entertainment HR environment

  • Entertainment or media background preferred

  • B.A. Degree
