Our client, a global entertainment agency, is looking for an Assistant to support a Corporate Communications executive! In this role, you will use your creative software and administrative skills to provide support on a variety of projects, and the executive. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with a leader in the entertainment industry!
Bachelor’s degree [degrees in Public Relations or Communications a plus!]
1 to 2 years of experience providing administrative support within entertainment, including rolling calls, scheduling, and travel coordination [internships ok!]
Experience writing press releases and proofreading documents
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office required, Adobe InDesign experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
