Our client, a global entertainment agency, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy Human Resources Executive. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing a heavy call volume, processing expense reports, travel coordination, heavy scheduling, and gatekeeping. In addition to administrative support, you will assist with day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, exit interviews and employee development initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for any EA with a long-term interest in HR.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an executive
Proficient with managing heavy call volumes, complex scheduling, gatekeeping, dealing with high levels of confidentiality, travel coordination, and processing expense reports
Experience or background in Human Resources (education or internships included)
Previous exposure to HRIS/ATS programs (experience in Workday and Box a plus)
Strong command of Microsoft Office programs
Experience using Concur preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, HR environment
Entertainment background preferred
