Executive Assistant - Human Resources

Our client, a global entertainment agency, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy Human Resources Executive. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing a heavy call volume, processing expense reports, travel coordination, heavy scheduling, and gatekeeping. In addition to administrative support, you will assist with day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, exit interviews and employee development initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for any EA with a long-term interest in HR. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an executive

  • Proficient with managing heavy call volumes, complex scheduling, gatekeeping, dealing with high levels of confidentiality, travel coordination, and processing expense reports

  • Experience or background in Human Resources (education or internships included)

  • Previous exposure to HRIS/ATS programs (experience in Workday and Box a plus)

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office programs

  • Experience using Concur preferred

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, HR environment

  • Entertainment background preferred
