Desktop Support Administrator

Themed entertainment production firm that specializes in audio, video and computer control systems is excited to add an entry-level Help Desk professional to provide clients with technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via email & phone, performing research to troubleshoot issues, providing clients with step-by-step assistance to fix bugs and following up in a timely manner to ensure all issues have been resolved.

Must Have:

  • 1+ years of IT Help Desk support experience

  • Basic understanding of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and general networking technologies and terminology

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Database entry & reporting skills

  • Excellent customer service skills and pleasant phone demeanor
