Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via email & phone, performing research to troubleshoot issues, providing clients with step-by-step assistance to fix bugs and following up in a timely manner to ensure all issues have been resolved.
1+ years of IT Help Desk support experience
Basic understanding of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and general networking technologies and terminology
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Microsoft Office proficiency
Database entry & reporting skills
Excellent customer service skills and pleasant phone demeanor
