Administrative Assistant, Collections/AR

Our client, a globally recognized consumer brand, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Accounts Receivable & Collections team! In this role, you'll use your superb follow up skills to support department efforts, including reviewing documentation for unpaid claims submissions, investigating proof of delivery requests, fulfilling invoice requests, and database clean up. You'll also handle general phone lines and other administrative duties as assigned. This is an excellent opportunity to develop with a leader in consumer products! 

You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree (degrees in Accounting or Business Management a plus!)
- a minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience (internships okay!) 
- proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- a proven attention to detail, with stellar communication and follow up skills
