Department Assistant / Accounting

Our client, a global entertainment agency, is looking for a Department Assistant to support the accounting team in their Irvine, California office! In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to various accounting executives, answer / route all incoming calls, calendar management, greeting all incoming guest and overall office management. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel

  • Receptionist experience preferred

  • Experience supporting an accounting or finance team preferred
