Recruitment Coordinator

Our client, a global entertainment and media agency, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support their dynamic Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the VP of Talent Acquisition and their team with answering phones, heavy scheduling, producing reports in WorkDay, managing all job postings, conducting background checks and phone screens, and assisting with the implementation of diversity initiatives.


  • B.A. Degree

  • 3+ years of experience working in a recruiting / talent acquisition department

  • Experience in a high-level assistant role supporting an executive and preferably a team as well (phones, scheduling, expense reports, administrative support, etc.)

  • Understanding of the entire recruitment process

  • Experience using ATS or HRIS software (experience with WorkDay a plus)

  • Knowledgeable with general employment policies including federal and state laws

  • Service oriented with strong communication and employee relations skills

  • Experience with creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience

  • Long term interest in recruiting and human resources

  • Entertainment background preferred
