Executive Assistant to CEO and President

Our client, a leading media platform, is looking for a whipsmart Executive Assistant to support their CEO and President! In this role, you’ll provide high level administrative support to two executives, including rolling calls and extensive schedule management for both their personal and professional calendars. You’ll also support general office management, including overseeing office supplies, coordinating lunches, and serving as the primary liaison to building management, and assist with general production needs, among other tasks. This is an excellent role for someone seeking to develop and grow within new media!

 You should have:
- a Bachelor’s degree
- a minimum 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support in either an agency, network, or production environment with an emphasis on schedule management
- comfort liaising with all levels of staff and serving as the voice of an executive
- a proactive approach
 - high caliber organization, communication, collaboration, problem solving, and time management skills, with a proven attention to detail and the ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities
