Consumer Engagement Representative

Our client, a leading wellness consumer product and brand, is looking for a service oriented Consumer Engagement Representative to join their team! In this role, you'll provide direct support to consumers, including handing questions, complaints, and feedback: you'll seek solutions to solve problems, respond to all questions/issues posed in online reviews, and identify and assist with new ways to continue to deliver a top notch consumer experience and service excellence, among other tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop with a leader in consumer products and wellness! 

You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree (a background in PR, Marketing, or English a plus!)
- previous in-person or virtual customer service experience 
- top notch communicative, collaborative, and time management skills
- experience with Zendesk a plus!
