This person will be responsible for acting as gate-keeper and intercepting all executive calls as well as managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports via Concur and overall day-to-day desk operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of experience supporting a high-level executive

  • Bachelors Degree [preferred]

  • The ability to anticipate needs and always be 5 steps ahead!

Director, Human Resources

Global entertainment leader in West Los Angeles is looking for a Human Resources Director to join their HR team. In this role, the HR Director will be responsible for the implementation of HR strategies, handle employee relations issues, coach/advise employees, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

•    Assist Talent Acquisition team with recruiting strategies to ensure highest quality candidates are selected for the company

•    Utilize existing data analytics to identify trends/areas of improvement, and to ensure integrity of companywide HRIS systems

•    Assist with the implementation of compliance and regulatory issues

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree

•    A minimum 7-10 years of experience as an HR leader with management experience, preferably at a Director level or similar, within an organization of 500 people or more

•    Ability to work with and influence senior leadership

•    Demonstrated experience with building productive relationships across all levels and functions within the organization

•    Background in entertainment industry strongly preferred

Payroll Timekeeper

Our client, a global leader in talent management, is looking for a Payroll Timekeeper with Workday software experience to support their HRIS team. In this role, you will be responsible for the calculation and data entry of timesheets, payroll log entries, maintaining accuracy of all edits, and ensuring compliance with contracts and pay policies. Additional responsibilities include running reports/audits to ensure accurate time entries, and providing excellent customer service to managers and employees with time, attendance and payroll questions. 

Requirements: 

  • 1 to 3 years of payroll timekeeping experience

  • Proficiency with Workday software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to identify, address and resolve data discrepancies 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with managers and employees

  • Bachelor’s Degree
